What does a PPM contract cover?
Our standard PPM programmes cover distribution board inspection and maintenance, switchgear condition check, emergency lighting monthly function tests and annual certification, scheduled fixed wire testing (on the appropriate cycle), thermal imaging of switchgear, and PAT testing. The specific scope is agreed at contract start to match your building’s requirements.
