Health, Safety and Environmental Responsibility, Built Into Every Project We Deliver.
Every credential here is verifiable.
CHAS accreditation
CDM Regulations compliance
We understand our duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 in our capacity as Principal Contractor, Contractor and Domestic Client. We produce suitable RAMS for every project, maintain site-specific F10 notifications where required and cooperate fully with Principal Designers on notifiable projects.
RAMS and method statements
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced for every project before work commences. RAMS are task-specific, site-specific and communicated to all operatives before work begins. We do not use generic documents without modification.
Site inductions and toolbox talks
All operatives receive a site-specific induction before commencing work. Regular toolbox talks reinforce H&S requirements on longer programmes. Near-miss reporting is encouraged as part of a proactive safety culture.
Electrical safety
All electrical works are carried out to BS 7671 (18th Edition) by NICEIC-approved engineers. Safe isolation procedures are followed on every live installation. Lock-off/tag-off procedures are applied on all isolation points.
Environmental
Waste management
We comply with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Hazardous Waste Regulations. All waste generated on site is segregated, documented and disposed of through licensed waste carriers. We maintain waste transfer notes for all projects.
Environmental impact reduction
Where practical, we specify LED lighting, energy-efficient equipment and recyclable materials. Our renewable energy installations — solar PV, battery storage and EV charging — directly support our clients’ environmental objectives.
Vehicle and travel
We are actively reducing the carbon footprint of our vehicle fleet through route optimisation and vehicle efficiency monitoring.
