Facilities management electrical contractors — behind your contract, never in front of it.
As facilities management electrical contractors, we support FM providers, principal contractors and managing agents. Your client relationship stays yours; we supply the labour, certification and SLA performance that keeps it intact.
- White-label delivery. We attend as your supply chain, in your process, to your standard.
Our performance shows up on your scorecard
When we attend a site under your facilities management contract, the client sees your brand. Late attendance, missing paperwork or a second visit becomes your KPI failure, not ours. We work on the basis that our job is to make your reporting boring.
SLA
Response and attendance targets agreed per contract
Same day
Job closure with certification and photographic evidence
First time
First-time fix remains the target on reactive calls
24/7
Cover, including nights, weekends and holidays
Paperwork is half the deliverable
An excellent repair with no certificate and no photographs is an open job on your system and an argument at invoicing. We close jobs out with test results, photographic evidence and any remedial recommendation attached, uploaded into your CAFM in your format the same day the work is done.
Escalation before it becomes an escalation
If an asset needs replacing rather than repairing, or a job will exceed the agreed threshold, you hear it from our engineer while they are still on site. What damages an FM relationship is not bad news — it is bad news that arrives after the client has already found it.
Specialist electrical capacity for facilities management
Our facilities management electrical contractors provide reactive, planned, project and compliance work as a named supply-chain partner, overflow resource or electrical package contractor.
Reactive call-out and first-time fix
A reactive electrical maintenance contractor working to your SLA, with vans stocked for common failures so more jobs can close on the first visit.
Planned maintenance delivery
A PPM electrical compliance service across your client portfolio, covering emergency lighting, fire alarm, thermographic and EICR regimes on cycle and evidenced.
Compliance testing and certification
Fixed wire testing, PAT and statutory inspection with certification issued in your format and uploaded to your systems, not held on ours.
Project and capital works packages
Design-and-build electrical packages under your principal contract, with our own supervision, RAMS and coordination with your other trades.
Overflow and surge capacity
Additional certified labour when your own teams are committed — mobilised at short notice for a mobilisation, a bid win or a seasonal peak.
Surveys and asset data
Condition surveys, asset registers and remedial schedules that give you a defensible, priced position to take back to your client.
How the partnership actually works
Nothing here is unusual — it is simply done consistently. Most FM providers change electrical partners because of admin and communication, not workmanship.
01
Onboard once, properly
Full compliance pack, insurances, accreditations, RAMS templates and engineer records provided at onboarding and kept current — so your supply chain audit never becomes a chase.
02
Work in your systems, not ours
Job acceptance, updates and closure through your CAFM or portal, in your reference format. Your helpdesk should not need to translate anything we send.
03
Attend to the SLA that was agreed
Response and attendance targets set per contract and measured honestly. Where we are going to miss one, you get told before the clock runs out rather than after.
04
Close out same day with evidence
Test results, photographs before and after, parts used, time on site and any remedial recommendation — attached at closure so the job never comes back as a query.
05
Escalate from site, in real time
If the fix is bigger than the job, our engineer calls you from the site with an assessment and an indicative cost, so you can go to your client with a position rather than a problem.
06
Review performance with you monthly
SLA attainment, first-time-fix rate, recurring faults by asset and open items — a short monthly review that gives you something useful to put in front of your client.

What facilities management partners ask us
Will you approach our clients directly?
No. Your client relationship is yours, and we treat it that way: no direct quoting, no separate approach, no using your contract as a route into their estate. If a site contact calls us directly, we redirect them to your helpdesk. Long-term supply chain relationships only work on that basis, and we have plenty of our own direct work — we do not need to take yours.
Can you work in our CAFM system and to our formats?
Yes. We accept, update and close jobs in your system using your reference format, and issue certification and reports as your documentation rather than ours. Your helpdesk should never have to reformat or chase anything we send.
What SLAs can you commit to?
Response and attendance targets are set per contract based on geography and criticality — commonly a four-hour emergency attendance with next-day for non-urgent reactive. We measure attainment honestly and report it monthly, and if we are going to miss a target you hear about it before the clock runs out, not afterwards.
Do you white-label?
Where a contract requires it, our engineers attend in an unbranded capacity with your documentation and site paperwork. We are comfortable being invisible to the end client — the point of the arrangement is that your client experiences your service, delivered properly.
Can you provide surge capacity at short notice?
Usually, though it depends on existing commitments and we will not promise resource we cannot deliver. Mobilisations, bid wins and seasonal peaks are exactly where an established partner earns their place, so we would rather have that conversation early than be asked on the day.
What compliance documentation do you provide at onboarding?
Insurance certificates, NICEIC and accreditation evidence, health and safety and environmental policies, quality management documentation, RAMS templates, engineer qualification and DBS records, and financial information. Our procurement hub holds current versions, so your supply chain audit is a download rather than a chase.
Talk to us about supply chain
Send us your onboarding requirements and the type of work you need covered. We will return the compliance pack, agree SLAs and geography, and start with a single contract rather than promising the whole portfolio.
