Since the new law was passed for the private rented sector to have all rented accommodation electrically inspected every 5 years or change of tenancy, we have undertaken a mass roll out of EICR checks for many landlords and estate agents. We have worked closely with Home Estate Agents testing over 200 properties and have carried out the necessary remedial works to get their properties up to regulation.
