Barrow Electrical were appointed to deliver the full electrical package for the design and build refurbishment of a three-storey commercial office building at Hesketh House, Warrington.

Working within a live refurbishment environment, we delivered a coordinated installation for open-plan workspaces, boardrooms and staff welfare areas, with a focus on flexibility, efficiency and long-term maintainability.

Scope of Works Included:

Complete installation of power, lighting and structured data systems

Bespoke solutions to suit varied office layouts and functional requirements

Three-compartment trunking and associated containment systems

Energy-efficient lighting incorporating switched and PIR-controlled systems
